Considering a move to Anthem?  If you purchase a home in this award winning, master planned community, you’re not just getting a home, but you’re getting a lifestyle, too!  Included with the HOA dues is membership to the Anthem Community Center.  With a heated lap pool, the Big Splash Water Park, state of the art fitness equipment, lighted tennis courts, free weights, and a 3 story indoor rock climbing wall, there’s something to keep everyone happy!

Anthem residents also enjoy 63 acres of parks with catch and release fishing and an outdoor skating rink and skate park.  Daisy Mountain Railroad, numerous playgrounds, soccer fields, basketball courts, sand volleyball, football, softball, Little League fields, and splash parks round out the Anthem experience.  It’s a great place to be a kid, or just act like one.  To view activities available at the Anthem Community Center, which include everything from gymnastics to aquabics, visit www.onlineatanthem.com.

Anthem Country Club residents enjoy all of the amenities of the Community Center, in addition to two private fitness centers with pools, spas, and exercise classes, as well as two private Clubhouses with fine and casual dining.  Social membership dues are separate from the HOA, and are currently $160/month.  A variety of golf memberships are available for purchase, and Anthem Country Club is home to two Championship Golf Courses designed by Greg Nash, the Persimmon and Ironwood courses, which feature bent grass greens.  Click her for more information on Anthem Country Club: www.clubcorp.com/Clubs/Anthem-Golf-Country-Club.

The Landings is a gated community of single level homes, beautifully situated among green belts and mountain views.  These energy efficient homes built by Pulte all have desirable lots and many homes also have views of the Persimmon Golf Course and open desert washes.

The Paseo is a community perfect for those who desire a single family detached home with no yard maintenance.  They are two story homes with garages and feature patios instead of yards.  Built by Pulte, the homes are popular as the HOA maintains the grassy areas, trees, and flowering plants.

Residents of the Village Condos have their own swimming pool, yet like all of the subdivisions within Anthem, they still enjoy Community Center privileges.  The quarterly association fees for the Village Condos also include water. These homes are as attractive to winter visitors and second home owners as they are to full time residents, as they are gated, there’s no landscape upkeep, and each unit has it’s own garage.

“Parkside” is considered all homes that are not located within the Landings, Anthem Country Club, the Village Condos, and the Paseo neighborhood.  With numerous playgrounds and parks sprinkled throughout the Parkside community, residents enjoy active lifestyles year-round.  New Parskide homes are still available at Anthem’s Arroyo Grande subdivision, and feature relaxed RV parking restrictions (call or email for details), large lots, and good access to Lake Pleasant.

HOA dues are paid quarterly, not monthly, and are as follows:

  • Country Club – $421.50
  • Landings – $295.35
  • Parkside – $235.95
  • Paseo – $338.55
  • Village Condos – $858.50
